J'ai tout mis à 0, car c'est HOTELS.COM qui est en cause, la réservation n'a pas été enregistrée par l'hôtelier qui NE VEUT PAS travailler avec HOTELS.COM ! Grande surprise quand vous arrivez, et que l'hôtel est complet... Bravo HOTELS.COM (j'ai eu 4 problèmes sur différents hôtels en Code d'Ivoire avec HOTELS.COM qui ne fait pas son travail de suivi des établissements...
