RIGHT in the center, little dirty...but good rate!
Very very well located hotel, but a little messy, and old. NOBODY speak english and it is very, very hard to find. No sighs at the door, and the reception downstairs did not know about this hotel........because it was based on the 10th floor!!!!!!
