spacious 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking condo is decorated and equipped for
your enjoyment including central air, ceiling fans, satellite TV,
WiFi, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs, 2 DVD players, one blu-ray player,
plus lots of books for the avid reader. The fully equipped kitchen
features newer appliances with smooth-top stove and ice-maker in
freezer. The master bedroom has a king bed and access to the large
screened lanai. The guest bedroom has twin beds but can be made into a
king upon request for a $10 fee. Both bedrooms have doors which can be
closed to create en suites. Both bathrooms are newly refurbished and
feature walk-in showers and grab bars. On arrival, your unit is
supplied with a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your enjoyment.
Beach towels are available for rent or purchase in the on-site office.
We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course
and restaurants. Max 6 occupancy including children and infants. Up to
$25 extra linen charge may apply to parties of more than 4. ENHANCED
CLEANING: Each condo is thoroughly and professionally cleaned between
guests, implementing CDC guidelines including targeted cleaning and
disinfecting of high-touch surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs,
and remote controls. All linens and towels are washed and sanitized.
Every rental is supplied with a fresh packet of disinfectant wipes for
guest use. All common areas are cleaned daily and are set-up for
social distancing. In addition, hand sanitizing stations have been
placed throughout the property. NO PETS.
