Lack of communication
When I reached hotel, they told they do not have booking anymore. I had to struggle alot with Expedia and Expedia could also not help as they could not contact the property to contact for further clarity. I had to pay at hotel and was also worried on duplicate payment whether my credit card will be charged or not.
