Very Good
Breakfast was crowded (Saturday morning), family room heard a bit of noise in the night. Felt like someone was walking all the time (gym?). Bed felt a bit worn out. Overall quite good for the price.

Location unusual, built on top of a multi-storey carpark in the city centre. Hotel appears newly built. Basic room, A/C would have been good in the hot weather.Breakfast OK

The room was way to hot and I was not able to adjust the aircondition. This was a family room for four people with no window so we did not sleep well..But the service was good, the room was clean and the breakfast was ok. The price was also very good.

Exceptional
Newly opened hotel (literally the day before our arrival), so some quirks are to be expected. Staff was super helpful and we felt very well looked after, breakfast was superb. Some issues with the AC in the rooms meant it was quite hot and many guests had their room doors ajar throughout the night. Other than that (which should be remedied), it is as an excellent stay for me, my wife and two small children. Recommended! PS. The description on Hotels.com does a not match the reality of the hotel, as for example there is no fridge or micro in the room (and many of the rooms does not have any windows which should also be verified before booking). With that said, I would book again!
