Rooms are nice and clean, but ac didn’t work, we end up moving to another room, bigger, and the ac work like it should. The entire pool staff are fantastic, very nice, specially Jesus and Aaron. Servers and bartenders are also super friendly and attentive. Room service personnel 5 stars!!! Landscape was amazing. In general food was good, nothing exceptional. The only thing that I didn’t like was how Sergio, at front desk/ reception, got indifferent and unpleasant when I ask to just show us to our room, when he was telling us all the extra stuff we could buy/get while in hotel. After flying and being expose to the nice heat at Puerto Vallarta all we wanted is a nice welcome, and short info and send us to our rooms, so we can do what we came to do, relax and enjoy our selves.

The resort was top notch. Staff was amazing, from bell service to wait staff and security. Staying here gives you full access to both properties, while remaining private from the other property. It's nice to have a quiet place after a day fishing, golfing and excitement. If you're going to Nuevo Vallarta, I recommend staying at Villa La Estancia!

Heat heat heat the lobby was extremely hot no A/C.. i took my own bags to my room.. the elevator numer two was not working so i had to carry bags to the 2nd floor..Nothing was explained for the flamingos hotel and what we could have taken advantage of which we found out about it from guests…The restaurant was extremely hot… Dinner at the Casona was great but the wait between appetizers and main course was. extremely long… for the price its not worth for what is sold…one restaurant other than the pool restaurant is not much options to eat in my opinion…waiters stayed away maybe because i looked like i didn’t have money or white in color.. other than that i would not go back.. not to mention the time share sales people walking around not even greeting you.. way to many sales people walking around with people they are trying to sell

The staff was very adamant that we do a "90-minute" presentation. We had everyone from the front desk to the pool to the people that set up excursions texting us and calling us to set up this presentation. We later found out from another guest that it's about 3 hours, not 90 minutes and they are trying to get you to buy a condo there. Once we found that out we told them we were not interested, well let me tell you we were treated completely differently after that. We were even asked to bring back our "VIP" card. It was very uncomfortable. The property is beautiful, but the food at every restaurant was terrible and very subpar. I even got food poisoning the first night. Will not be back, it was not worth the money sadly.
