I dislike leaving negative reviews so I'll start with the pros: nice staff, low prices, no deposit fee, available rooms, right of the freeway. Cons: they don't heat their building except the lobby and rooms in use- hallway's freezing- they turned on the heater in our room before we entered but we could see our breath for a half an hour. Then we realized the heater is all or none- the temp wasn't adjustable so we were up all night turning it on and off. But that's not what kept us up- it was the other occupants above us that were seriously the noisiest we've ever experienced. It sounded like they were dropping weights on the floor and running back and forth above us ALL NIGHT LONG. Then we connected the dots. When we were checking in the staff said he didn't like putting people on the 3rd floor unless he had to. We soon realized that this was most likely a druggy hotel. They rent the 3rd floor rooms maybe long term because when we were checking out we complained and they looked up the room above us and knew who we were talking about so this obviously is a renter who they have issues with. Coupled with the sketched druggy roaming the parking lot it was obvious that we were in a hotel that doesn't care about the experience of the stay. Outdated room and we slept in our day clothes because we were afraid they reused the bedding without washing. The tv stopped working (apparently they shut them off at night) and our door didn't lock. At least our car didn't get broken into.

This was definitely the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Our room was filthy—stained linens and furniture, a full opened beer can hidden in the corner, smelled like feces, stuff on the walls in the bathroom. A used piece of soap sticking out of the hairdryer receptacle. We felt very unsafe, to the point that we barracaded the doors to our suite at night so no one could break in. People in the parking lot yelling loudly. Several lamps and light switches didn’t work. Air conditioned kept cutting off. Holes in the curtains. Only pro was somewhat friendly staff, one of whom wasn’t wearing a mask, though they require them on the property. No one was wearing them except us.

Where do I start, it was 26 out they left the window open to clear the cig and prob drug smoke from the staff, blood on the door (hep c stays on an open surface for almost 2 weeks talk about a health hazard) cig burns on the sheets, a freakin plastic bag over the smoke detector and the sheets were dirty. Yes I got pictures

Worst Baymont Ever!
Have stayed in several Baymont Inns in the past and all previous stays were good to exceptional. Unfortunately this stay was not. Old, outdated, not maintained and no amenities. TV was not HD, ice machine broken, marginal breakfast, questionable cleanliness. Will not stay here again and recommend others avoid staying here as well.

Uninspiring stay
We were there just to sleep during a long road trip home. We were not expecting a five star resort, just a clean bed and a working shower. We got neither of these things. The room and hotel itself were generally unclean. Carpets were soiled, there was garbage in the sink, the sheets smelled unwashed and the shower was just a trickle. The girls at the front desk were sweet but untrained. They had problems with our reservation when we checked in and again when we checked out.

Interesting stay
I didn’t get properly checked in the day I came to the hotel. Wasn’t in the system so the following next morning they walked into the room thinking it was empty. No idea about my stay called my room to figure out how long I was staying for. When they were doing the room cleaning absolutely out when talking can hear everything they said. Man was also doing room cleaning and I’m not even sure he’s an actual worker at the hotel. You can hear the bickering from them and one day they were just yelling out there name to find said person. And on the ceiling was a mold/leak spot above the door that I was staying in.
