I booked through expedia and they confirmed that they did not see any booking. I then booked physically on the 14th April and checked out on the 16th April 2018 due to the poor condition of the rooms. Therefore, I spent 2 nights and paid USD70 cash. I was not refunded my USD256 that I paid electronically through expedia. Therefore, Expedia must refund my money (usd256) that I did not utilize. I stayed in different hotel for the remaining day until 20 April 2019. I am really disappointed
