Very good stay for the price!
I was pleasantly surprised by Kalidonis Village. It looked like it was recently updated/ remodeled. The room was very clean and had good amenities (I do wish there was a safe). There was free access to the laundry facilities including laundry detergent. They had decent free and endless WiFi (no restrictions like many hotels/motels). The one downside is that when I left my room for the day I put out the “please make up my room” sign and when I came back, my room was not cleaned/ freshened up. If it is because I left my room too late, there should be clear stipulations about what time house keeping will come and clean your room. Luckily I am not a very dirty person and I was staying only two nights. Otherwise it was a great stay for a very affordable price.

Dirty Bedsheet!
Arrived late at the hotel due to flight delayed . When I flipped the pillow over found a few strand of hairs under it. It seems like they have not changed the bed sheet! Can't call the reception/housekeeping to change the bedsheet because they have gone home. Have to sleep in a dirty bed sheet! Feld disgusted with the cleaniness of the room moreover under the bed have stained that have not been clean together with a dirty sock under it.

We stayed here 3 nights, could easily have stayed three weeks. Great location, wonderful staff. Went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and knew where everything was in the establishment and how it worked. Beautiful big comfortable room, really comfy bed. Easy parking and plenty of it. The bathroom we had was very big as it was a disabled bathroom which was fine. We love the space but would have been nice to have a shelf for our toiletries in there and a power point for my hairdryer. The bedroom had double sliding mirrored doors on the the wardrobe and there was not even a power point there. Had to plug my hairdryer in to the power point in the kitchenette and hang my small hand held mirror from the cupboard. Walking distance to city centre and many restaurants and shops. In fact we walked everywhere. Loved the place and have recommended to our friends who travel to Darwin each year. We would definitely stay there again.
