Everything about this place was fabulous. The hospitality was top-notch, the location within Diocletian palace is incomparable. The room I was in had a window that looked out into the square where there was constant activity. It wasn’t quiet (tourists, church bells, trumpets and actors portraying Romans, musicians/dancing in the evening), but it was special. Lovely breakfast included, as well as extraordinarily accommodating staff. A wonderful way to experience the magic of old town Split.
