All can I say is: THANKS THANKS THANKS. We arrive a little early, they provide us with a map and all information needed, when we returned to check in our luggage was already in the room. Thanks Girls You are the BEST.

It was in an amazing location and everyone was very friendly! The evening snack was delicious and a welcome surprise! The breakfast in the room was also a nice treat! Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Amazing views, location, staff, everything!
This hotel was amazing! The room was modern and fresh, with a view over the city that was breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. While I was on the 3rd/4th floor, the staff always helped me to get my luggage around; there is no lift but lots of strong arms. I needed to leave early in the mornings and they made up an early breakfast for me - breakfast was always excellent. There was always good coffee available and afternoon snacks were a welcome surprise. The location was great, opening out onto one of the main shopping and sightseeing areas, 100m from the famous Majestic Cafe, and close to the transport system. Wifi just worked and very well.

Incredible staff and beautiful accomadations
I only have positive things to write about my stay. The day I arrived in Porto I found out my room wasn’t available due to a flooding issue beyond their control, but the hotel already had a solution. I had a room at another of their locations. How a hotel responds to a crisis shows their true colors and this hotel reacted efficiently and professionally. Thank you!! Also, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone from the receptionist, Ana, to all of the staff I interacted with was a pleasure to interact with. If I’m lucky enough to travel to Portugal again, I would definitely stay at one of their locations again.

Good Location and friendly staff. Only problem is the long flight of steps on the stair way to reception. Would be a problem for lady guest with big and heavy luaggage.
