Faça um favor e procure outro hotel

Pior experiência da minha vida. Logo de cara passamos 15 minutos tocando uma campainha para poder entrar no local. Fomos recebidos por um casal que literalmente morava no primeiro quarto do hotel e mal sabiam recepcionar pessoas. Chuveiro não funcionou, janela não fechava direito deixando entrar todo tipo de inseto, inclusive uma barata enorme, enquanto tentávamos dormir.
