Nothing as advertised - no parking was the deal-breaker. Street parking overnight, otherwise move the car every hour. Quality control please, Expedia, before you list - and a little help when your beleaguered customers call? Check-in was a 45-minute ordeal, though we paid a month ago - the receptionist said this happens all the time with Expedia. The teeny room had no chair (we used a sand chair from the closet to avoid sitting directly on the floor). The dresser partly blocked the a/c. There is no kitchen, cookware, utensils, stovetop - as advertised - nor even a cup for coffee. Several appliances are plugged into an extension cord (call the fire department someone). The "designer decorated" stuff was tatty crap that Goodwill would reject - including a picture melting out of its frame above the bed to menace us while we slept. One of two washcloths was stained, there were blood-colored spots on the shower wall, the bedding was old and partly torn. We could cope with disappointing quality, but could not spend our two-day getaway moving the car around street parking spots. Stupid to advertise falsely when this place could get away with just telling the truth at this hot destination. Next time we'll stay in West Palm Beach, just a few minutes away.
