Concern With Smoking Area
The hotel is quite new and, overall, a good place to stay a night. Our concern was with the smoking that occurred outside our room. Our room was located over the parking area. Additionally, directly below our room was a large wooden table with benches. Unfortunately, for us, it was these areas that were chosen by individuals staying in a non-smoking hotel to smoke. The night was rather warm and the smoke from outside prevented us from opening the windows (no air conditioning). If it weren't for this situation, our stay would have been fine.

Pros: - Clean room - Affordable stay - Modern bathroom - Friendly staff - Fast wifi - Free, available parking Cons: - Smokers gather in an area right at the windows of non-smoking rooms. This is not ideal on hot days/nights when you would like to get some fresh, cooler air in the room. - Tiny TV - Suboptimal lighting, especially in the bathroom.
