The host was very accommodating. We were set to arrive at 8 pm, but an accident delayed us about half and hour. Host was very friendly and flexible. The property was beautiful, right next to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Nice distance away from the hustle and bustle of Cancun, but close enough to go to dinner in the Hotel Zone and eat more authentic food at the downtown Cancun park food trucks. We stayed in the room upstairs, which we think was worth it for the privacy and large balcony. A nice touch would be a hot tub on the balcony. The unit was clean and free water and snacks were provided. Host only accepts cash payment (which wasn’t a problem, just nice to know). Host was in touch via phone prior to our arrival with locations details and directions. Location was perfect for what we wanted. Host was friendly and flexible. Property was clean and beautiful.

Un séjour incroyable grâce à Claudia, propriétaire des lieux, aux petits soins avec ses clients. Une vue imprenable sur la mer et une plage privée. Les chambres sont réapprovisionnées de douceurs tous les jours, un kayak et un paddle sont également à votre disposition. Les conseils nous ont été d’une aide précieuse. Encore un grand merci !

The place is amazing. Our host Claudia was very kind and helpfull. If you like to be in some private beach and have a very nice view at the sunrise, you must choose this place. Everything was OK.
