Our stay was perfect! The manor is a perfect place to recharge and relax. Very luxurious and private. We highly recommend!

Was a comforting cozy spot, definitely will go back

This was a perfect stay for my wife and I this past weekend. So many small details show the people really care about this place. It was a treat for us to get to enjoy this property. I love the conactless check in. Can't wait to return hopefully when the breakfast is available later. It's still a great place to visit. Staff is quick to respond and helpful. Place is spotless and elegant.

This place was absolutely beautiful!

Not entirely sure how to feel about this place. On one hand, the property itself was incredibly beautiful, though they do warn of bears in the area. The room was clean as far as we could tell, and there was beautiful music playing on the tv when we walked in which gave it a very nice touch. They gave us a courtesy call around 1030 to remind us of check out which was also nice. They have some movies and free popcorn in the main common area and we appreciated that. However, for the price they charge for a room, you would think they might be able to afford some hot water and a working thermostat. Even when we turned the temperature up, the vents just blew cold air, so the room was freezing. The TV was very nice but also very high-tech and we’ve never used a TV with a setup like that so it was very difficult to try and figure out. The sound was not controlled by the remote, but there was a separate surround sound speaker in the closet, and they did not mention that. When we turned the input from cable to DVD (which was harder than you’d think to figure out) the TV suddenly turned black and white and the sound started cutting out. No contact with staff due to COVID, but I called with some questions before our stay and whoever answered was incredibly short and rude. It might also be helpful to add hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes to the common areas.

They’re really yoking the whole corona virus. No actual staff on site, not even a vending machine so please bring food if you want to eat. You have to let your self in, there is not breakfast at this bed and breakfast. 10/10 will not stay again. Totally bummed because this could be a beautiful place to stay

Very nice place to stay on a couple weekend. Was disappointed with how well we could hear the group in the other room, and a bed and breakfast that does not have breakfast or any staff on site was not what I was expecting. The biggest issue we had was the bathroom was not clean very well and we found hair on the shower wall.

We chose this location, because of the proximity to a wedding. The property was beautiful, but needed better maintenance. The owners should really look into a better management company. We were displeased with the lack of customer service. We took our bikes, because the confirmation email stated they had a 'safe place for bicycles'. When we asked where we could safely store our bikes, we were laughed at and dismissed. I told the two men I spoke with what the confirmation email stated, and the reply was "I'd love to see that in any emails". I was able to provide it. We understand they couldn't provide a safe keeping for the bikes, but not the lack or care and customer service. I asked for better customer service, yet it did not happen. The only pleasant employee was the young man, who cleaned the rooms. The parking is not SUV friendly, getting in and out of the property on the highway is not a pleasant experience - life threatening. The smoking areas are on the patios next to the rooms, which allows smoke to permeate the rooms. We could have ignored all these shortcomings had the customer service been more caring, pleasant, and accommodating.

Amazing Bud and Breakfast. We stayed in the evergreen suite and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We will def be back at some point!
