Could do better.
Chose the hotel because I was arriving and leaving by train . The city centre and all sights are a good 30/40 min walk away. The room itself was big and bright and comfortable, with a good shower. Some elements of the service were a little lacking. It was nice to have a kettle but there was no cup or coffee, just 1 mint teabag which was not even replaced everyday. On one occasion I was left with no towels. The wifi also had bandwidth issues on one of the 3 nights rendering it almost useless. Breakfast was good enough, standard Moroccan fare but on one morning the buffet was not set up presumably due to lack of guests and a random plate was brought to the table. Finally my room key stopped working on the last morning and housekeeping had to let me in to get my bags . Not worth considering unless access to the station is important.

This is a nice place to stay if you just have a couple days in Casablanca. It is an 8min walk from the train station Casa Voyageurs. I would walk if you feel comfortable given that taxi drivers will try to go around in order to charge you more money. I learned that the hard way. The facility is small and not many amenities. You must request a hair dryer. There is none automatically in the room. The staff were fantastic and helpful. I would say that even though it’s close to a mall, it is located in an industrial area. There is not much around and my tour guide said it wasn’t safe to walk around at night. It is also very far away from all the tourist attractions (not walking distance) so if you want convenience to see all the monuments of Morocco, this is not the place to stay. Also, the rooms aren’t very sound proof. I could hear children yelling from another room and you can definitely hear traffic and the call for prayer (although those things didn’t bother me).
