The hotel Hilton Garden Inn Cali itself is nice. But the rooms to the large noisy street with almost 24h/7 huge traffic are not acceptable for the price. Please ask for a room inside the building! Secondly, the breakfast buffet doesn't offer a toaster so you can't make your own toasts. I'm sure most of the US and European guests will miss that. When I come to the buffet early in the morning, I like to do 2 things: poor me my coffee and do my own toasts - immediately. It's impossible a Hilton doesn't have that. I don't like to wait 10 minutes for the toasts to be done in the kitchen and I have no say in how dark/hot they should be. Staff is friendly, I specially like to mention Jennifer who always has a smile on her face and goes out if her way to give her guests a 5* service.
