Don’t even know why this was listed as a 3 Star Hotel ! Terrible all around ! Wasn’t given room I had asked for until I made a scene. Breakfast made to order listed as an amenity. Was informed Kitchen Closed. Only Saving feature - 2 workers there, Prakash and Lakhan, who tried their best to help with bringing us food, drinking water and hot water for baths. The workers actually slept on sofas in reception !
