Location, location, location!
Ideally situated across from a tranquil and idyllic small lake with a fascinating temple. Great for evoking calm. Good place to walk around. Restaurants and a little night market are close.
The guesthouse is a tremendous value. Small bungalows are nestled around a nice pool with jacuzzi jets.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There’s free coffee and tea all day/night.
The rooms themselves had everything you’d need: comfy bed, clean nice bathroom and shower. Only drawback was a bit spotty WiFi at times.
My wife and I really enjoyed the Piya Guesthouse and Mae Hong Son. We will come back!

Spread our bungalows on a nice property with a refreshing pool. Nice little reading room for morning coffee. Good parking and a nice staff. Quiet and walking close to food and the temples.

The hotel was quite basic but ok for the price. Rooms a little dated but clean. Hotels.com mention that breakfast is available but this wasn’t the case. Staff are polite and friendly.

The best!
The room was very nice and clean. The pool was great. The resort faces the lake and at night they have a night market and lots of street food.
Everything is perfect! It was my second time there and will be back again!
