We loved our stay. It was very close to the sanctuary of our Lady of Lourdes, close to the restaurants and had a beautiful balcony.

6/10 Good

It was a very comfortable basic hotel. The room lacked tea/ coffee making facilities. Given we chanced upon the weekend Pope Leon came town, putting terrific on all the staff - they could not be faulted the reception desk helped wonderfully to all our queries and the restaurant delivered great food. And we saw the Pope!

2/10 Poor

The hotel is absolutely outdated. The reality is different from what you are seeing on pictures. Main business of hotel is groups only. No attention on individual travelers and on their reservation . Whatever you reserved they give you low grade room by saying " this is what's available". Staff is talking to group leaders only .4 months in advance I booked room with balkoney. The day I arrive same room was two and a half times cheaper They said no return money .

We were automatically booked into Mercure Impérial but were very disappointed with the rooms. They were smaller and cramped. Night reception staff wasn’t helpful when we enquired.
