After booking this property I called them to arrange for the alternative check in time as I couldn't make it at their prescribed time. The gentleman who attended to my call was so rude to me, I even thought that he was drunk. I got so angry such that I ended up not going there and I booked an alternative accommodation. I basically lost my money
