Meh
Staff could care less that we were there. I would rather stay in a lower star place with better service.

A comfortable stay
This is a very nice hotel in a great location for exploring Belfast, an easy walk to City Centre and Titanic Belfast. Beds were very comfy and the room was a good size for a family of 4. My only hesitation was that the bathroom floor did not look like it had been mopped recently. I did not complain to management about it because we were tired and just needed to get settled in. I'm sure they would have taken care of it if I had asked though because the service at check-in and check-out was great. We also had a fire alarm go off while we were there. Despite it being at 1 a.m., I was very impressed with the alarm system and how efficiently the building was evacuated. The staff informed us immediately once it was all clear to go back in. I would certainly stay here again and do recommend it for guests looking for an affordable night's stay with a quality hotel chain.

Great location could welcome guests instead of bas
Staff at check in could offer more of a welcome and amenities available. The hotel is a great location with beautiful water views. Our shower had pink scum around the floor and the daily housekeeping did it take and replace our used glasses for three days or leave enough new soaps to shower. Great building could use a personal touch!

Harbor view hotel did not disappoint
This is a shiny, high-tech, stylish new hotel within easy walking distance to the city center. The king-sized bed was fabulous after a long day of sightseeing and very comfortable. The bar and dining area with the harbour view was a great place to relax in the late afternoon. Debated whether to stay in an older hotel with the great architecture and character but we weren’t disappointed with our decision. Rich history in the day and luxurious, high-end comfort and style at night.
