The apartment was very nicely appointed with everything we needed. Nice touches included condiments, coffee capsules, and pods for the dishwasher and washing machine. The garage has a reserved parking space in the basement. Food shopping and fine dining are convenient, and downtown Nantes is just a 10-minute walk. Really enjoyed our stay. Only downside: It could be a bit noisy at night.

Free and secure parking is a real bonus
Good value for money and well placed within easy walking distance of the centre. Bright, clean and well appointed. Free parking in secure garage was a big plus for us. Our only reservation is with the local area and some of the other residents in the block. Also the lift didn't work on the day we were leaving.
