Perfect place to stay - book it!
Excellent place to stay. The view of the Pyramids was perfect. The service was outstanding. One of the best places we've stayed in this world and we travel full-time. Very nice easy going staff.

Homely comfort in Giza!
The staff was great and the vibe was very homely. They make you feel at home and comfortable. No elevators which was not an issue for us however the location to the sites out weighed that. They have ok deals on excursions that include a guide , driver and a meal during your day. I recommend this Inn however it is not a 5star hotel it is aN Inn yet it is worth it! It was a comfortable stay for us none the less. So if you are looking for updated rooms , elevators and things like that you maybe want to try a hotel instead. The roof top terrace seeing the pyramids in the morning or during the light shows at night are priceless! I will be back again!

Awesome view, big mistake!
This is a typical 3rd world country hotel. Standards are very low, the view of the pyramids it’s incredible, however, the neighborhood it’s terrible. Even though the staff tried to be very helpful, the hotel is what it is. Don’t spect more. A motel 6 is five star next to this. We paid for two nights and arrived at the hotel late at night but left as soon as we could the next morning, and moved to The Renaissance by the airport in new Cairo.

Great place wonderful people.
Almost everything was perfect. They arranged private vehicle and drivers for our itineraries. Great service and decent prices for beer, free dinner during Pyramids Light Show from terrace, free shisha, and great communication. The only issue is when Moses tried to get extra money for our private driver even though we had agreed on price and refused to let us walk the cemetary as we had agreed upon. However, The price issue was cleared up by one of the brothers quickly and we were satisfied. We will return.

Amazing view
The view from this hotel is amazing. When we got there we’re impact about the welcome dinner that they have for us. From the roof top you have a direct view to the pyramids. The breakfast that they made in the morning for us is an amazing local breakfast. Arigato tomodachi!!!!

Great stay in Giza
We stayed for 2 nights. Hotel service is superb, including complementary pickup from airport, welcome drink when we arrived, and welcome dinner. The view of the great pyramids from the roof top is stunning. Hotel also offers tour service and well explained; however, we decided to explore on our own. We have a basic room which is comfortable. Had issue with water pressure in the shower, but it was repaired right away. One thing lacking is that there is no bed sheet, just blanket cover and mattress cover.

This hotel was amazing! Perfect location and lovely staff. The view of the pyramids is something that can’t be seen anywhere else. I got to view the light show from the rooftop. They really treat you like family there. The bed and room was very comfortable and my room also had a view. I would love to stay there again the next time I come to Egypt.

Best view and great accommodations!
We were Americans coming to Giza and were a bit nervous about our trip so far from home. Panorama Pyramids Inn were more than accommodating and like family. They arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport which was a 45 min drive! Our car service was so kind and friendly and we instantly felt safe. Upon arrival we had a very quick check in to enjoy the sunset overlooking the best view of the pyramids where they served us amazing Egyptian dinner. The same place we had breakfast the next day, all included in the hotel. The hotel room was very clean and very nice and I was very comfortable and I greatly enjoy 5 star hotels. For hotel service, view I definitely think this place should be at least 4 star. Our hotel also arranged our tour guide for us that we requested we had Abdul, YOU MUST REQUEST FOR ABDUL!! He is the best tour guide for the pyramids ever! I have the best photos and experience in the world thanks to him. Overall our trip had us feeling VIP the entire time and I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great service and Amazing View
The service was great from people like Abdul at the hotel. The pyramid night show can be seen from the hotel roof and it was impressive with an amazing view of the pyramids. We booked various tours with the hotel and agreed to the value on our first day in Egypt. We could have done better with the negotiation tour price, but we got pretty much everything we wanted to do in Cairo and the surrounded area. Be sure to be very clear with exactly what you want from the tour and do settle for less if this is what is agreed with (make sure to go inside the large pyramid instead of the second pyramid if make the trip all the way Egypt). I am very nice and like to give people second chances, but we should have changed guides after getting considerably better ones in both Aswan and Luxor. After tours everyday, we went for dinner and were told that the food was covered, but we had to pay for drinks. The only problem was that the bill was 200+ EPD for 2 pops and 2 waters (which sure seems high since the total price for these same items is 30 EPD at a convenience store). It was not a huge amount of money so never got too concerned, but this is something to be aware of. We felt completely safe and were treated great from the moment we were picked up at the airport until the moment we dropped off at the airport. The drivers that were provided by the hotel were exceptional and worth every penny they get paid. Overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.
