If you like exploring the historic center, then this a great hotel to consider. It’s in a good location. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Reasonably sized toilet. Good shower. Tasty breakfast. Extremely helpful, super friendly and hospitable front-desk staff.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional and couldn't do enough for you. The hotel is situated near the tram station and very near the major attractions. It is not the luxury end of the market but is priced fairly and I would recommend it solely for the friendly and very helpful staff.

Could be better
Excellent location and close to nearby amenities. Good value for the money, however a few issues: 1) Breakfast is good, however, one of the cheese packs (small packs served with breakfast) was rotten and when we opened it, it was a disaster and smelled so bad as if there was a dead animal in the breakfast area! we notified them and they took it away but such things should not be served, if anyone ate it - it would have caused a disaster and significant health problems. 2) The AC was not working well in the room, it only worked once and that was about it. 3) The shower head was not working properly. Overall, the hotel was clean and the location was fantastic but few issues as above which need attending for better customer satisfaction.

Compact room, full of extras expected in big room.
Location is very good, breakfast is also very good including fresh fruit and hot food. The staff were excellent. In fact every thing was excellent. given the price we paid for the hotel it was defiantly a 10 plus. however please bear in mind the room is compact (as per description). The room is very clean and attended every day. The TV in the room does not have any English channels. 19 " is just the size of a large laptop. WIFI was good so maybe consider bringing your own laptop.

One of the best hotels in Istanbul. The service that my wife and I received here by their staff was beyong expecations. They helped us with our luggage. They brought he free medicine. Helped arranged all our tour guides. Their suites are fully renovated and are super clean and tidy. I will always be staying here for my future trips. Thank you so much to all the staff for making it the perfect stay for us.

Good Stay
The hotel is located a short walk from the main street with shops, eating places, tram stops and main tourist attractions such as Hagia Sofia Grand Mosque. The hotel is small but comfortable. I stayed in a single basement room with breakfast included and it was ideal for my short stay. It was decent value for money. The breakfast was a small spread, mainly Turkish items but was ok. The staff were both friendly and helpful. I would recommend.
