The interior was excellent. Facilities were almost unavailable due to COVID 19 situation and the distance between the parking lot and the hotel was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel was easy to find and in a convenient location across from the subway. The service was good and I was allowed to check in early, the room was cleaned well daily, the room was very comfortable (the bed was exceptional) and the views are beautiful. The convenience store in the hotel as well as an excellent restaurant make this the perfect place to stay in Seoul!

GLAD Mapo is located above a station which has a direct train from and to Incheon Airport and 3 other metro lines which give good access to a-lot of tourist areas. The hotel is kind of new and spacious room. The location has a lot of restaurant with good choices. Everyone in our party enjoyed our 5 nights stay. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for your next trip to Seoul.
