I stumbled upon this lovely hotel and it was quite the surprise especially with me hurting my ankle. The staff was very kind and helpful during my stay, I wish I could've stayed longer

Tacky not artsy, avoid
Tacky, not artsy. I don't see value for money. Yes staff is friendly (wouldn't order a grab btw), but that doesn't change facts: room I was given only had window to the room with the coffee/ tea stand where staff and people pass and sometimes hang out. There is noise all the time and at night you can hear the bar next door. Room itself is tiny. Worst part was breakfast, I've never seen such dirty plates in a hotel. There were other food hygiene and safety issues. I skipped breakfast altogether out of disgust. Avoid

Great artistic hotel with a unique swimming pool which has a glass floor. Really great staff - especially the owners who are there and ready to help. Felt like at home! The only thing that could be better is breakfast. Very modest breakfast choice.

Great boutique in Kampong Glam.
Loved this art boutique hotel. Very lovely with original art (some rotates every two weeks) and fun pool. Bed and pillows were excellent!! AC worked wonderfully. Extended my stay by two nights because I liked it so much. Stayed first in room across from pool and then in room facing the street. Preferred the street view room - it was larger with more natural light. In the room across from the pool - you could hear the pool motor a little. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel.

Xy hotel staycation with my wife
Location of hotel is in between two mrt stations; bugis and lavender. It is located near to the arab street and beach road and not to mention Bugis street and bugis junction. From the decoration and fitting of the rooms, it more towards boutique hotel. The carpet floor is abit dirty. Other than that all others are acceptable.

Average at best
Not as good as we'd hoped from the photos for the money. The whole hotel needs a freshen up in decoration. Breakfast was ok - self service, although sausages and scrambled eggs were cold each day. Good points were the location - easy to get to two mrt stations, and the fact you could go and get free tea and coffee throughout the stay. Staff were indifferent.
