Poor 2.0
Noisy, bad facilities, uncomfortable stay
I checked in to the hotel room and I found out the balcony glass door couldn’t be locked. Called the reception, the sent someone to try to fix but he couldn’t fix. Changed to another room, and the same thing. Balcony door couldn’t be locked. This time they took a while and finally fixed it. And that was close to 11pm at night. The next day, I tried to catch a nap because I couldn’t sleep very well the night before because the soundproof of this hotel is lousy. I could hear the traffic outside clearly. Mind out this is a very small town, not NYC. They were testing the fire alarm the whole afternoon, drilling ongoing next door. And it is a torture staying in this hotel. It’s not even worth one star but I have no choice have to give them a minimum score. Also, they don’t even have hand towels or body soap/ shower gel.
