Nice location. The rooms are extremely small (typical for Tokyo). The very small bathroom looked newly remodeled but the room furniture was dingy and old. No frills- very basic in terms of service and amenities. We thought they had laundry machines on site but turns out the laundry was "nearby" around the corner! Great coffee at Blue Bottle across the street!

Perfect location.
The location was everything!! It was surprisingly not that clean considering it’s Japan and they do a perfect job at everything. Also was disappointed that no one was at the front desk the whole day—you had to specifically call them. We wanted to drop off our luggage before check in and after check out with the front desk because we know that all hotels in Japan are happy to do this, but this one just made you leave your stuff in the lobby unattended & at your own risk which we didn’t feel comfortable doing. We trust the Japanese but not the foreigners staying there that know the luggage isn’t watched. The room was nice though—and they had free coffee and amenities. But the location was the best part.

staff at front desk were very nice and helpful , especially the staff that was from Nepal . Room cleaning service was unexpected , they only cleared rubbish & put a stack of new towels on the bed everyday . i’ve stayed so many different hotels before (including japan) , first hotel that didn’t made up the bed . which was kind of disappointing. everyday it’s either you make your own bed , or go back to messy bed everyday
