Exceptional 10.0
Excellent staff & location. Would stay again
Excellent service, clean room, easy access to Asakusa Line and Ginza Line as well as several convenience stores (FamilyMart, multiple 7-11s) nearby. Easy check-in. Even being on the third floor next to a construction site and by a children's play park there was no noticeable noise from outside. Excellent black-out curtains. All TV channels in Japanese. Loved the Japanese-style bath/shower. Could soak in it comfortably after a day of walking all over Tokyo. Complimentary water bottles in fridge daily. Entry hall lights are on a sensor so if you move slowly it will turn on in the middle of the night when you go to use the toilet.

Exceptional 10.0
Stayed here on holiday a day after the grand opening of the hotel. Hotel was very clean and though small(typical for Tokyo), it was well laid out so it felt cosy not too cramped. The room was very well-stocked, they even had fresh Pajamas everyday and a hair curler upon request. Location is good, within short distance of both lines on Asakusa station and tourist attractions in the area. We also liked that the area was more quiet and local compared to the more bustling areas of Tokyo. Only downside was that quite a lot of dust seemed to settle on surfaces in the room, perhaps because they had just opened. However that didn’t bother us too much. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Great hotel in a great location
Nice, new and clean hotel. Great staff. Wonderful location 100m from Asakusa Train Station, and right near Sensoji Temple and Nakamise shopping street. Highly recommended.

The beautiful asakusa
Great location! Friendly staff. Easy to check in with computer. Clean, new and comfortable. Great free handy smartphone to use. Great hotel security system. Uses all good well-known japanese branded equipment. Small room but is acceptable and understandable. Has bit of skytree view which is another extra plus. Very close to tourist attractions, shops and food. Worth the money. Would definitely come back to stay again.
