Excellent! I booked past 4 pm for that same night, and they did pay attention to my request for ground floor and easy access - i travel with many heavy work luggages and this is quite important- have had sour experiences in USA even when booking weeks in advance, calling same day early etc. The level of care of in this hotel was excellent! It really made my day. It was like « they were actually expecting me… like a 5 star welcome. Spacious room, neat, clean, good tv, gym…breakfast all you need when on the road for a good night recovery.

I did like the room. I did not like the people in the neighboring rooms. Constant running around upstairs and noisy neighbors on either side. Multiple instances of 'ding dong ditching' due to their small children. This was constant.
