This property is almost next to hot spring and offers really good service. They picked us up at the train station and made all the effort to make us feel comfortable during our stay. The path to get to hotel is steep but offers beautiful view of the city.

The property is a little bit far from the the railway station, but there are numerous restaurants, tourism agents around. The room is small, but very clean, well organized. Service is good. Would recommend it

I was very pleased with the service and the customer service. The ladies went above and beyond to accommodate us. It was a lot of walking up and down inclines, some very steep, but they did not mind walking around with us. We needed to find a place to change currency using our card. Valerie walked with us asking others she met where we could find such a place, until we located an ATM machine, and this was some distance from the hotel. Everything is cash in Machu Picchu, so when booking your stay through one of these engines, it would be best to pay up front. The place is very clean and the service is excellent. I would stay there again.
