Very low price, corresponds to state and service. Great central location, so if you only need a place to sleep this is a fine hotel Remember to book parking in advance, they where booked when we arrived and park house in city was 24 € for two nights.

Old hotel, not clean. Noisy. Only positive thing about the hotel was that it is close to downtown. Online checkin. Did not see any staff at any point during my 4 day stay. Kiel is a nice city with nice people, and interesting sightings.

The room is spacious and has adequate number of sofa. It also has an outdoor balcony. However, the room, the carpet, the bedsheets, the pillow cover, and the blanket cover are very dusty. It was hard for us to sleep because it was very dusty. I asked the bedsheets to be replaced the next morning, but they were not replaced although the receptionist said that they would be replaced. After the bedsheets were replaced on the third day, we could sleep well. The room is smelly. However, after we opened the balcony door, the smell was gone. The corridor on the second floor is smelly. It smells like a bad rotten cheese. There is no lift in the hotel. A nice and helpful staff helped us to carry our luggages downstairs.

We booked a room with breakfast, but when we went to breakfast the first morning, we were told that breakfast was not served. We paid for breakfast and were not informed about it at check-in. Since we wanted our money back for the breakfast, it was not possible, we had to send an email with our account details. We visited the place in April and still have not received our money. The hotel does not respond to emails at all anymore, despite the fact that they have sent an email promising that we will get our money back.

Ingen mottagning fick ringa svårt att kommunicera. När vi fick nycklarna visa de sig att de inte fanns vatten verken att duscha eller borsta tänderna. På morgonen fanns de heller inget personal eller frukost dåligt man kunde kanske varit på plats och hjälpt till.. tydligen har vattnet varit avstängd 3 dagar innan vi kommit..dom lovade pengar tillbaka men de har vi inte fått ännu…

Værelset var beskidt. Manglede fjernbetjening, badeværelset manglede filter på vandhanen, aå vandet sprøjtet ud. Alt ai alt en utrolig skuffedende omgang.
