BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, it is a scam We could not stay in this room, as it was already occupied by bed Bugs, cockroaches. We had to leave this room immediately. and we complained accordingly by phone, because there is not any reception. Also we haven't get a refund

No fire evacuation plan affixed at the room door!! No lights indicating the fire exits THIS IS AGAINST THE LOW AND A VERY SERIOUS METTER . Even if they should have give me the money back coz the pics on website are not the place itself. Will report all to local council. You STEELING CUSTOMERS. The picture of the property is not the front door, lobby etc., the pictures provided in no way represent the true condition of the property. The place is crawling with bugs. Left after just 5 hours, did not spend the night.

Bed bugs!! Horrible place. Avoid at all costs!
I would not be able to leave a low enough score. When I arrived, there was nobody to let me in. Several of the pictures in this listing are NOT OF THE HOTEL. The first picture in particular looks like some sort of reception area. This is a complete con because there is NO RECEPTION AREA. There is just a red front door into what obviously used to be a bedsit that had been updated for the room photos and then left to rot since. My room was INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. I counted 16 on the bed alone at one point. Those were just the ones I could see on the surface. There were more on the walls and floor. The baths were also filthy. They don't have their own reception phone number either. They use a managed service shared by other hotels and when I tried to complain and get moved to another room, or get my money back, the people in the call centre kept saying they would pass the message on to someone at the hotel. Nobody from the hotel got in touch. Eventually, at 04:30, I gave up trying and simply phoned hostels and hotels around London to find somewhere else to sleep. I couldn't stay somewhere with so many bugs! I then had to work with to get my money back. They needed authorisation from the hotel to issue a refund! I had to email the hotel proof of the infestation (photos and video) in order to get them to give my money back. They should be kicked off because they're a complete con and rip-off.
