The property was poorly taken care my room I found hair and dirty in the bathroom. The bathroom rug was dirty with black spots. I was supposed to have access to a parking but it was full I had to park outside When I arrive at the property my room was above a bar so the music was extremely loud

Ja conhecia o hotel de longa data. Sempre gostei muito. Desta vez estava muito cheio o que prejudica um pouco o atendimento, mas nada muito considerável. O atendimento na recepção na chegada foi demorado devido a uma falha de comunicação entre o Hoteis.com e o hotel. Parece que nao repassaram a reserva para o hotel. Mas conseguiram resolver e hospedamos.

Horel muito bom, já é a 5a vez que vou em Poços de Caldas e fiquei em 5 hotéis diferentes e esse foi o melhor, em td, quarto, cama, café da manhã excelente. Funciobariosuper educados. Único ponto negativo que tivemos foi a demora para abrir o portão do estacionamento de resto nota 10.
