Ik kwam aan bij het hotel en er werd mij direct bij de deur al verteld dat ik geen reservering had en dat ik niet had geboekt . Zij vertelde ook dat ze niet meer samenwerken met Expedia . Ik heb als bewijs een email dat ik wel heb gereserveerd en ook via Expedia maar daar wilden ze niet eens naar kijken. Ik heb met mijn creditcard gereserveerd. Ik heb contact gehad met Expedia hierover maar die hebben mij ook niet geholpen hierbij. Ik moest s'avonds dat ik daar bij het hotel was aangekomen met bagage in mijn hand een andere hotel zoeken. Ik heb dit voor het eerst meegemaakt na meerdere malen in istanbul geweest te zijn .Ik raad mensen af om met hun creditcard te reserveren . Achteraf verhogen ze de prijzen en wie het hoogst betaald die krijgt het hotelkamer met andere woorden oplicht praktijken. Boek met ideal en het liefst ook een hotel met meer kamers circa 15-20 kamers . Dat zijn meestal iets grotere hotels die niet meedoen aan deze oplicht praktijken .

Cheap and good
If you are looking for a cheap place where to take a shower and then sleep after a long day visiting Istanbul this is a good choice. Rooms are simple but a good deal for the price. Great location, helpful and friendly staff, clean bedding.
