Fantastic!
I had a great stay and was particularly impressed with the staff. They were so welcoming and polite the entire time and really made you feel like you were at home!

Connected to the pub, so, convenient!
This is actually a hotel with an outside entrance to your room. The hotel is connected to the pub, with parking in the rear right outside your room. The room was nice, on the small side. I chose this hotel as it had a toilet and shower in the room, and it also said it was close to the city center. However it is about a 15 minute drive to the city center. I did have a good night, after hanging out in Oxford for the day, having a few pints at the Queens Head pub and conversing with the locals. The wifi wasn't the greatest in the room, and I didn't even hardly have mobile data reception. I would stay again for the price and room condition.

A quick one night stay.
We just stayed one night as we wee dropping our daughter at University. The couple were very accommodating, the pub was busy and friendly and the room was a really good size for 3 people with one bed on a mezzanine Level. I went out for a run and the pub is located very close to a country park and nice woods.

Great Village Crash Pad!
This is a functional room with a fairly meagre breakfast of a brioch, apple and orange left out in the room. Not a place for a romantic weekend, but ok for what I wanted - a place to crash out between two days of a conference in Oxford. Nice pint in a friendly village pub before turning in, and efficient and friendly service from the landlord.
