One night stay over
Hotel was well decorated and rooms were comfortable. Lack of reception staff lead to a lack of friendly service but otherwise adequate for our stop over

Newly Refurbished, Great Standard
The hotel is newly refurbished and has been compeleted to a very good standard. The food in the restaurant was of a traditional home cooked style and had plenty of choice and was very tasty. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

Lovely staff shame about the food options
The hotel was still being worked on but the room was lovely. Slight overpowering smell of air freshner where i had to keep the window open but was worried as being on a ground floor the window was easily accessed from outside so didn't want to keep open while i slept. The staff were amazingly helpful. bit of a shame with the evening meal options as i am a pescatarian so the only options were deep fried fish and chips or a starter really - they definitely need some healthy options on the menu. Also an area for business workers to work would be ideal as I had to work in my room all night. Apart from that I slept well in the bed so very comfy.
