JM Marvel Hotel & Spa, Hanoi

My stay was great. The staff was very attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend/family member traveling to the area.

Hotel staff was super friendly. Always welcomed me and asked how can help. Never had to carry bags up the stairs. They were very friendly staff. I saw many people who like them. Hotel was Clean, Showers Clean, And location is great for walking and foods.

We made an excellent selection when we chose this hotel. My husband I were made to feel like royalty from the moment we pulled up in front. They arranged our transportation from the airport. When we arrived, bellhops were waiting and attentive at the door. The desk staff is charming and helped us get settled right away. If you have questions, they actually do answer through the hotels.com messaging system. Our flight got delayed and they received the message right away and replied promptly. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and clean. We were informed that hotels in this area (the Old Quarter) are inspected more frequently than in other places, and it certainly shows because the place was spotless from the reception area, to halls and elevators, to the rooms and balcony. Our bed was comfortable and we were provided two different pillows so that we could choose between a fluffy one and a firm one. The balcony was awesome and provided a nice view. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. We enjoy a western-style buffet and were very pleased. There was a nice assortment of pastries, bread, fresh fruit, yogurt and bacon. For those who prefer to go a different route, there were a few salads, rice, spring rolls, several quality cold-cuts and other meats. As if that weren’t enough, you could also order an omelet, scrambled eggs, pancakes and French toast. Of course there’s coffee, tea, milk and fruit juices. These people are amazing. The facility itself and it’s location are enough to recommend it. But the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was one we will not soon forget. Highly recommend.

Extremely accommodating staff. We ended up staying at their sister hotel Marvelous Hotel and Spa, which was a little smaller but just as nice as JM Marvel. We asked for late check out, which allowed us enough time to get a massage from their staff. We only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed longer in the Marvel balcony room. Included bottle of wine, breakfast buffet, and voucher for discounted spa.
