Friendly staff but…
Tiny room. Please fix the number buttons on the elevator! You have to press 30 multiple times before it works. Nice river view from our room, but the room was too small for 4 people. Wonderful friendly staff at the reception. Great location in downtown Manhattan. The room was tiny though.
