We have stayed here numerous times because it is very nice, clean hotel. Still in very good condition. Was surprised that they require a $150 deposit that is refunded upon checkout, some time thereafter. We are aware of holds but this was a charge that is supposed to be refunded, not normal.

The staff is very sweet and friendly. The room was very clean, the whole hotel was clean. Loved having a stove top, full fridge, and microwave in the room. All which was very clean. I had service dog with me and they were great with that also. Will definitely stay here again!!

Keeps going downhill
Upon arrival, tried to get a cup of decaf coffee in reception area. Coffee nasty and cold. First room had a bent bed frame. When leaning down to determine if it was safe, found an empty Gatorade bottle and open candy on the floor under bed. Changed rooms. Second room’s bathroom had hair in shower leftover from prior guest. Shower head not cleaned in ions. No decaf coffee in room. No complimentary conditioner or lotion. Face of digital alarm clock peeling off. One of two bed frames unstable and moved every time I did. Oh, and they don’t just put a hold on your credit card for incidentals like normal hotels. They fully charge you more than twice the amount of the room and then you have to wait for it to be refunded. Didn’t used to be like this. Will not return.
