The apartment was a good place to explore the Irish midlands. The place was a little grubby, windows and mirrors had lots of smears, sinks were grubby floors near the walls were also grubby. The kitchen could have been better equipped, the saucepans needed to be cleaned before we used them and in fact we think they should be replaced. There was no microwave even though the web site stated that the apartment was equipped with one. The kettle sprung a leak and although we reported it early on Friday morning we did not get a replacement until Sunday evening. The member of staff we met was very pleasant and gave us information about places to visit. It would be helpful to have information leaflets etc in the apartment to help those staying plan visits.
