Great location however, many aspects on the presentation of the property leave a lot to be desired. It all comes down to the presentation poor paths, the exteriors of some of the buildings doesn't match the interiors of the ones we stayed in - terrible route to the beach.

Breathtaking view of the sea from the room
Very very good location, just by the Ashvem beach that you can walk down to only during low tide.Far from the hustle of the crowds. Sea facing deluxe room got a direct view of the sea which is just breath-taking. Since it was during the heavy rain fall during the monsoons, there were a lot of leaks from the bottom of the room door and had to deal with it by putting towels all over on the floor. Room needs a lot of maintenance (Shower head water flow very slow, commode bidet doesnt spray as needed, curtains almost falling off) Some staff was very friendly like in housekeeping, some staff with a very carefree attitude (Eg 1 - The day I was checking out, had a full Goa taxi strike and the reception was like they cant do anything. After a lot of persistence pushing them to act since they were locally connected, they made an arrangement / Eg 2 - Restaurant staff doesnt give me any bill for the 1st day and when I asked on the 2nd day, he insists that I pay cash which I refused since I wanted to pay by international card at the time of check out and after much discussion, he agrees which I do not see a point of discussion in the first place) Breakfast variety limited and not great. Order in food OK Overall would recommend the hotel to anyone who would like to relax by the sea for a few days :)

Great Stay Minus The Lack Of Hot Water
Treebo is a nice villa with extremely good views of Ashwem beach. Ashwem beach is also very accessible from the villa. The main issue I have was the rarity of hot water out of the shower, where it would be hot for about 30 seconds and then the heat would never come back. This was quite a critical issue of mine.

Great location, clean room, good service- bargain!
All in all it was a great stay at this hotel. First the pros: All the staff had a smile. Room was clean. Location is just perfect if you get beach facing room. Although I can see some people complaining on the food part, I felt it was above average - considering both complementary breakfast and room service. Server Suman was very helpful when coming to my little one's diet specifics. Restaurants are around but one will need a conveyance for more options. General store Brittos is at stone's throw away from the hotel entrance. If you have a bike/car, liquor stores are also just 2-3 mins drive. Now the cons: Housekeeping staff could be off on cleaning sometimes. First time they came while I was seating outside, bed sheets weren't changed, bathroom mirrors weren't cleaned, bathroom sink counters weren't cleaned, and the floors didn't feel like they were cleaned either. The next day's staff did pretty good job though. The towels provided didn't go with the hotel...they were random colored beach towels - just wasn't a good cotton towel. For someone who prefers the hustle and bustle of the city, will find it difficult here coz it is somewhat isolated. Airtel signal was spotty...dead zone in the bathroom otherwise worked well inside the room.
Even with few cons this place is definitely worth coming back!

Great value for money!
It's a great option in Goa. For it's cheap price it's very nice. A bit dirty in the rooms but nothing that really bothers after a while in India. So great value for money! Nothing less, nothing more =)
