入住時說沒有訂房記錄 , 而且已客滿 , 無法入住 , 經溝通協調後同意安排住房 ; 原先定的是豪華大床房 , 安排入住的卻是標間(只將兩張床併再一起 , 真是坑爹 ! 服務態度不錯 , 稍感安慰 !
