Five-Stars all the way
Great customer service and centrally located to most everything in Rome. The Jr. Suite is worth the price if you can get it as it comes with great views overlooking the plaza and a spacious lounge/living room to relax in. The rooftop patio is also an amazing place to sit and relax with a bottle of wine after a long day.

Lovely Palazzo Caruso
This hotel is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Rome. The rooms were spacious by European standards, the air conditioning did a decent job of dealing with the 100 degrees outside temperatures. The breakfast was delightful, and was eaten on the patio on the 6th floor. Service was great. the only fly in the ointment was the elevator which broke leading to a few trips up to the 6th floor where our room was. The hotel folks carried our suitcases down for us ( I have a bionic knee).

3 day Rome visit
Palazzo Caruso was amazing! The service was absolutely fantastic and our room was perfect! Vanessa, whom you will meet at check in, was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, patient and made us feel welcome! We were situated perfectly to tour Rome on our own! We stayed during one of the hottest weeks on record and the air conditioning was ice cold! We highly recommend!!

Awesome room, good location, poor breakfast
This is a small hotel built out of a tall narrow building, almost like a townhome. The lobby isn’t even a lobby, it’s a nook. There is an elevator, thankfully. The rooms and room amenities are superb. The beds are awesome, there is a bona fide rain shower head, and the room is very large by European standards (average size by American standards). The location is good but not amazing. Barberini piazza is good but still about a 5-10 min walk to the really good stuff like Spanish steps and piazza Espagna. I would have preferred to stay a bit closer to the action but this wasn’t bad. The upside is you are a couple blocks from a great designer mall with tons of luxury shopping options. Major downside of breakfast. Haven’t had this poor of a breakfast in Europe. The selection appears good but most bakery items are stale. Also not sure why croissants are overly sweet. There were very few savory options except for hard boiled eggs. One type of cheese. Not great. Overall I was glad we stayed here but I probably wouldn’t stay here again despite the great rooms, because of the slightly off center location as well as the poor breakfast. There are lots of options in Rome- would try another one.

Beautiful hotel in great location
We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The Junior Suite is spacious, nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed & pillows. Although located on a busy piazza, the rooms were quiet thanks to the soundproof windows. Breakfast was tasty. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
