Our stay was wonderful. Close to la Gran Via. Restaurants, shopping and palacio Real. But it will be helpful if they have USB connections to change youe electronics. But the apartment is big and comfortable

Excellent stay
Great apartment in a convenient location with helpful and courteous staff. Only slight inconvenience is lack of usb chargers in the room so don’t forget your plug adapter if coming from outside EU.

Plaza de España Skyline was perfect for my 6 nights in Madrid. Everything was provided and the rooms and kitchen were modern, very clean, and quiet. The staff was excellent. The neighborhood is an excellent choice for anyone looking to be just far enough away from the noise and tourism but close enough to everything in the city. It is easily within walking distance to all of the major sites, plus there are two or three very nice parks in the area, including access to one of them directly across the street. Highly recommended.

Bright and spacious in the heart of Madrid
The location is just near the Royal Palace and Grand Via and there were smaller eateries around it for inexpensive but good meals. The apartment was spacious, light and airy and really value for money. The 24 hours reception was a BIG plus and the receptionists were very helpful and cheerful, I would definitely stay there again. Although it did not have the amenities and services of a 4 star hotel, the space it provided and reasonable pricing more than made up for it. One suggestion, the property can provide some tissue paper though
