Nice hotel in beautiful Willingen. Very clean and professional throughout. I’d love to come back but not on a business trip and explore what willingen has to offer in the hills. Looks like a fun place if you like mountain sports.

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Wir waren insgesamt 7 Mädels und zum feiern im Willingen. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist das Brauhaus, auf dessen Parkplatz die Autos geparkt werden können. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Gondel. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut mit einer tollen Auswahl.

Enttäuschend!
Die Organisation bzw. die Abläufe beim Check-in funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Mehrfach längere Wartezeiten, nachdem man immer wieder weggeschickt wurde, da das Zimmer leider nicht um 15 Uhr zur Verfügung stand. Nach wiederholter Nachfrage kamen wir dann um ca. 16:30 Uhr auf unser Zimmer. Zu allem Überfluss fiel dann noch der Aufzug (in den vierten Stock) aus, sodass das Gepäck über die Treppe getragen werden musste. Lt. Aussage einer Hotelangestellten kommt dieses wohl des öfteren vor. Es gab von den Verantwortlichen des Hotels nicht einen Satz der Entschuldigung, noch wurde eine Unterstützung angeboten. Uns wurde das Hotel von Freunden empfohlen, wir werden es jedoch nicht noch einmal aufsuchen, schon garnicht weiterempfehlen. Leider!

Empfehlenswertes Haus
Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Haus in perfekter Lage und gutem Wellnessbereich. Zimmer leider zur Hauptstraße, was am frühen Morgen zu extremen Lärm durch den Verkehr führt. Zu verbessern ist definitiv der Service beim Frühstück. Hier wird den Gästen schon vor 10 Uhr ziemlich eindringlich zu verstehen gegeben, dass man eigentlich nicht mehr gewünscht ist. Ansonsten sehr saubere und komfortable Zimmer.
