A True, Special Gem in Old Town Lisbon
This truly was the perfect place for my trip to Lisbon. The staff and team were spectacular from beginning to end. My room was so exquisitely appointed from the decor, the furniture, the bathrooms - everything was divine. This hotel is a modern well-appointed boutique style and worth it! We were greeted upon arrival and able to check into our room early (which was a pleasant surprise for us). Not only are the reception team great, but all hotel team members provided exemplary service, were so friendly and also helpful with tips for restaurants and various sights. The "public" area (which is used for breakfast as well as the bar in the evening) is funky and modern. The designer of this hotel knew what they were doing. Our room was large, spacious and was a great place to recharge. Each room is slightly different in decor and size (we had a suite with 2 toilet rooms, a shower room, full kitchen and large living room / dining area along with a good sized bed). We even received a few little welcome gifts (water, small port wine, and chocolates). This was a nice touch! The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had with the best croissants and bread, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, sweets (which included a top notch Pastel de nata) and we were able to order eggs/omlettes and great cappucinos. In the afternoon, they have a bar (that's also open to the public) with some great speciality cocktails along with the regular fare. We will definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to others planning to visit Lisbon. Top notch people and fantastic location.

Great accommodations in the center of everything in Lisbon. The fantastic staff made our stay even more pleasant and memorable. They were so friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. The bartender offered the most authentic bar conversation along with delicious drinks (don't miss those if staying here!) The front desk packed us breakfast to go knowing we had to leave early for the airport. We were sad we only had 1 night there. Will definitely stay there again if/when we return to Lisbon. This is an awesome hotel. The entire space is beautifully decorated. The rooms were also well decorated, very spacious and clean - more than enough our family to be comfortable. And as amazing as the place is by itself, the staff were among the nicest people we met on our trip through Portugal. They really tried to go out of their way to make us feel welcome. For example, when they found out we'd be leaving early for our flight, they offered to make us breakfast to-go boxes. Their breakfast was delicious and hot food was made the order - it's not to be missed. The bar also has a very cool atmosphere, and the bartenders make awesome cocktails. It's a great place to hang out. I'd definitely come back here again.

This is truly a hidden gem of a place in Lisbon. It made all the difference for me and my wife. Its location is excellent as it is in the heart of the most happening place in Lisbon. Ask for a room on the quiet side. The room we got was absolutely divine with retro yet comfortable furniture. The bed was one of the best I have slept in. Morning breakfast was fabulous. Made our trip truly memorable. Most remarkable was the service which was extraordinary. Everyone stepped up to provide personal service including recommending places to visit and dine.

What an awesome place to stay. We went to Lisbon the first time with a 2 teenagers. Stayed there in a larger size loft. 2.5 bath and a kitchen to use. Everyone had their space. The place is really convenience located in the central of everything. "NY east village" style bar district around the corner. Plenty of restaurants within walking distant (10-15 mins) to Rossio, Pink Street, TimeOut Market... All staff are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!
