10/10 Exceptional

Exceptional professionalism
I must tell you that the professionalism in your staff when the tragedy of a person in the building jumping to his death outside was incredible. We were in the lobby walking out the front door when it happen. We did not see the person but witnessed the shock and horror of those who were outside. Your staff stepped in and immediately took control of the situation, closing doors, getting water, and leading guests out the side door. We were quickly moved out the side door with our suitcases to our awaiting car from valet, everything was handled very smoothly and our thoughts are with your staff who were outside or in the cafe and witness this horrific scene.

Spacious rooms!
This hotel was amazing despite being surrounded by a LOT of construction. Once you are inside you do forget the chaos outside. The rooms are quiet, big and luxurious!

8/10 Very Good

Misleading
Prices for parking and other services was not well disclosed by staff. When I left the hotel I agreed to a bill including restaurant dining and Valet. When I got home there was another bill for in room dining, but we never did in room dining. No one could help me when I called, & billing does not call back.

4/10 Fair

A so so stay
So overall i would say this hotel was average at best. We stayed one night as we had events in Toronto on both days of the April weekend. The room itself was nice. The toilet closet was very small to the point I (a man of 5'-11") had to leave the door open just to sit down slightly askew to the position of the toilet. A very awkward position. We had breakfast at the restaurant on the 44th floor "Kost". To be frank it was an odd menu, not to our liking at all. Coconut pancakes?? Pepper bacon? Eggs over medium should mean no runny egg white but not this time. The little tiny coffee cups were empty in 2 or 3 mouthfuls. The price was excessive. However our waiter and the wait staff were attentive .
